There is a large variety of web sites out there, and while all web-masters have to take the web design in to account sites that directly deal with customers and money have extra considerations to make. The most important goal for an e-commerce site is the “conversion”. Conversion rate means the percent of site visitors that turn in to site customers and one of the main factors the generates conversions is the “feel” of the site.

So is there a difference between designing an e-commerce site from say a personal or informational site? (more…)
